An HOA approached TaylorCo (formerly VIS) about building an annualized maintenance and inspection program for the community owned decks attached to each townhome

Contract Comparison Analysis
This is a sample comparison of competing bids as requested by a community board confused by the scope as laid out by each contractor. Ultimately the board decided in favor of a different solution but our analysis helped lay out the pros and cons.
